Before joining litigation, he did his graduation from Patna University and LLB from Magadh University. He enrolled in Bar in the year 1996. Further, he is also an Advocate on Record at Patna High Court. His practice area includes Civil, Criminal, Banking, insurance Matters ,Arbitration etc. He is also Special Public Prosecutor for Vigilance for the state of Bihar and also represents as counsel for various companies and banks including Punjab National Bank, Indian bank, Universal Sompo General Insurance, Corporation Bank, National Insurance, LIC etc., before High Court and Other Courts & Tribunals.
Adv. Shipra Sinha
Advocate Shipra Sinha is a committed legal practitioner with a robust foundation in litigation and client advocacy. A graduate of Patna Law College, Patna, she brings over seven years of cumulative experience in the legal field—comprising three years as a Para Legal and four years of active practice before the Patna High Court and the District & Sessions Court, Patna Sadar. Advocate Abhishek Kumar is a versatile legal practitioner with a strong academic background and a proven record in litigation, legal education, and policy-oriented work. A graduate of National Law University, Odisha, he also holds a diploma in Entrepreneurship and Business Law from WBNUJS, Kolkata. With extensive practice at the Patna High Court since 2019, Abhishek has represented clients in complex matters involving works contracts, taxation, trade & commerce, property, and criminal law. He has also served as the Junior Standing Counsel for the Central Board of Indirect Taxes (CBIT), representing the Union of India in key revenue and taxation matters. Beyond the courtroom, Abhishek has contributed to legal awareness and reform. As a Samvidhaan Fellow at Nyaaya, run by the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, he worked at the intersection of law and community engagement, promoting access to legal information and justice delivery mechanisms. He is also a co-founder of Quaeritur Legal Pvt. Ltd., and has taught law to undergraduate students and CLAT aspirants. Abhishek has interned with the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), where he actively participated in field visits to institutions such as Tihar Jail, Juvenile Justice Boards, and Old Age Homes, gaining exposure to rights-based legal work and child welfare mechanisms. He also trained under Advocate Kapil Choudhary in New Delhi, assisting in litigation before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and conducting in-depth research in criminal law. Amit Kumar
Amit Kumar is an experienced legal clerk who plays a vital role in the daily operations of Widhigya Legal. With a strong understanding of court procedures and documentation, he ensures smooth handling of case filings, registry work, and follow-ups in both the Patna High Court and District Courts. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Amit manages court diary scheduling, document preparation, and coordination with court staff. His hands-on knowledge of procedural compliance and filing requirements contributes significantly to the efficiency and accuracy of the firm’s litigation support. As a key member of the support team, Amit ensures that the logistical and procedural aspects of legal practice are executed seamlessly, enabling the lawyers to focus on advocacy and strategy.
